IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• For safety, children must always be accompanied by an adult or guardian during the visit.
• Wheelchair availability is on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure accessibility.
• Please note that smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited within the park premises.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.

Transfers:

• Sharing and private transfer options begin pickup between 11:00 AM and 11:45 AM, concluding with drop-offs from 06:00 PM to 07:00 PM.
• Free sharing transfers is available for centrally located Dubai hotels or residences such as Deira, Bur Dubai, Downtown, and Al Barsha, while guests in areas like Al Barsha Heights, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, etc. can join the free transfers at the Mall of the Emirates.
• Guests will receive pickup confirmation and driver details 24 hours before the activity through WhatsApp.
• Meals and Fast Track access are not included with this option.

Meal Options:

• Combo Meal Voucher: This option offers a pre-selected combo meal option at one of the designated dining establishments within the park, such as 360 Express, Hotdog Cart-LV, Downtown Shawarma, The Coffee House, or Samosa House.
